Keith A. Volgman
Mr. Volgman has been active in
commercial real estate finance for 25 years. A native of suburban
Detroit, Mr. Volgman's mortgage banking production has been focused in
the Chicago and Detroit markets where he has originated several hundred
transactions totaling several billion dollars in commercial mortgage loans.
He is an attorney and former banker. His education includes a B.S.
from the University of Illinois, and M.B.A. from the University of
Chicago, and a J.D. from Northwestern University.
Jeffrey J. Hadrick
Mr. Hadrick has 22 years experience in
commercial real estate finance. He was most recently Assistant
Vice President at St. Paul Federal Bank with overall responsibility for
underwriting, loan processing, and closings. Prior positions
included mortgage origination at The Mutual Life Insurance Company of
New York (MONY) and at Prudential Mortgage Capital. He has a B.S.
from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
Paul Walschlager
Mr. Walschlager has 13 years of
commercial real estate experience. He was most recently a Senior
Mortgage Officer at GMAC Commercial Mortgage, with responsibility for
commercial loan servicing requests, underwriting, problem resolution,
and asset management for the Chicago CMBS loan portfolio. Prior to
GMAC, he was an asset manager and workout specialist for Draper and
Kramer. He has a B.S. from Illinois State University.
Albert (Alby) Van Alyea
Mr. Van Alyea has 12 years experience in
commercial mortgage banking including structured,
conventional and credit
financing as well as investment sales and asset
management. He started his career at Sentinel Real Estate, a
pension fund advisor in New York City. He then worked for over 10 years with The Phillipsborn Co. where he was
active in commercial loan origination. He graduated with a Masters of Science in Business and a
B.A. from the University of Wisconsin Madison and also holds a Certificate of Liberal Arts from the
University of Chicago as well as Illinois and Wisconsin real estate broker
licenses.

Marvin C. Daitch
Mr. Daitch was owner and President of
Daitch Mortgage and Realty Company, a Detroit area commercial mortgage
company from 1975-1995. He is a former member of the Board of
Governors of the Michigan Mortgage Bankers Association and the Builders
Association of Southeastern Michigan. He has a B.S. is Pharmacy
from Wayne State University and a J.D. from the University of Detroit
College of Law.
Fredrick A. Miller
Mr. Miller has been financing
commercial real estate in the Detroit metropolitan area for over 25
years. He has 15 years experience as a mortgage banker and 10
years as a lender with Michigan National Bank, Manufacturers Hanover
Mortgage, and USM Savings & Loan. He is a lifelong resident of the
Detroit metropolitan area. He has a B.A. in Accounting from
Michigan State University.
