NorthPoint Capital Group is a major Midwest commercial mortgage banking group of companies specializing in originating and servicing quality mortgage loans for the real estate industry and our institutional lenders. NorthPoint Capital strives to provide our borrower client with loans on the most competitive terms structured to meet the requirements of our lenders. Since formation in 1998, NorthPoint Capital has built a servicing portfolio over $400 million.

NorthPoint Capital has loan production companies in Detroit and Chicago.

Our mortgage servicing company, NorthPoint Capital, L.L.C., is located in Chicago. It is staffed with experienced servicing and closing personnel to assure quality service to our borrowers and lenders.

We arrange construction / permanent loans that meet certain parameters. Selectively, we finance manufactured housing communities, senior housing, self-storage facilities and hotels.

The Company is active in all the major markets in Michigan and Illinois. We also finance a volume of properties in Indiana, Ohio, and Wisconsin.  Selectively, we finance property throughout the United States.

Lending Sources

Our correspondent life insurance companies are our primary lending source. We also finance a substantial volume of business with conduits, banks, and pension funds.

The market knowledge we possess and the expertise we provide to our lenders makes us very effective at placing loans for our clients. NorthPoint’s loan processing procedures are designed to produce quality loan submissions quickly and efficiently. Much effort is put into presenting thorough, yet concise, loan presentations so those lenders can respond to requests rather than ask for additional information.

Principals of the Company

NorthPoint Capital principals, Keith A. Volgman, Marvin C. Daitch, Frederick A. Miller, and Jeffrey J. Hadrick have 20 to 30 years of real estate finance experience and have developed the relationships needed to meet the goals and requirements of our clients. Together they have arranged several billion dollars in mortgage loans for their clients. Because of their expertise and knowledge, NorthPoint Capital provides quick and competitive results.
